At JJ AGRO & EDIBLE OIL COMPANY, we strive to provide 100% pure and high-quality oils to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our Refund and Returns Policy.
1. Returns Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or Defective Products – If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
✅ Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
✅ Expired Product – If the product delivered is past its expiration date.
📌 Return Conditions:
1. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
2.The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
3.A valid proof of damage or wrong product (photos/videos) must be provided.

Provide your order details and a clear photo of the product.
Once approved, we will arrange for the return pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
2. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund based on the following:
✅ Full Refund – If the return is approved due to damage, wrong delivery, or an expired product.
✅ Replacement – If you prefer, we can send a replacement instead of a refund.
✅ No Refunds for Opened/Used Products – Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or used.
📌 Refund Process:
1.Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
2.The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
3.If paid via COD, we will transfer the amount to your bank account.
3. Cancellations
✅ Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
✅ Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
